Terms of Return

Returns shall be made in accordance with the 2001 Regulations. June 29 Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania Nr. 217 “On Approval of Rules for Return and Exchange of Items” :

1. You can replace or return the purchased item within 14 calendar days in Lithuania or within 30 calendar days in the European Union and other countries from the day of delivery.

2. The item to be replaced or returned must be in neat original packaging, undamaged, unused, undamaged in appearance (undamaged labels, peel-off protective film, etc.) and in the same package as purchased by the buyer.

3. When replacing or returning an item, a printed receipt or VAT invoice must be provided. If you have any questions, please email: info@golfcity.lt 

4. Goods to be replaced or returned must be sent by registered mail or delivered to Savanoriu ave. 1, Vilnius LT-03116 (Helios city 2nd floor Golfcity store). 

5. The Company has the right to refuse replacement or return of an item if it is used, unlabeled or damaged, has expired replacement / return, or has been custom made or customized (item color change, item length or width adjusted, etc.) . 

6. The cost of shipping / delivery of the goods being replaced or returned shall be borne by the buyer. Only the money paid for the item is refunded. Shipping costs are unpaid. 

7. If the Buyer has paid for the item with a gift voucher, the coupon and other additional amount (if any) is returned. The gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash. 

8. Returning a discounted item will refund the amount paid at the current discount.
